How do I gain access to a course?
If you are a Transparent user, send a request for training on Transparent for you or your team, including the following • Trainee’s name • Trainee’s email • The desired training courses If you are not a Transparent user, send us an email at campus@gotransparent.com
Why can't I log in?
There could be many reasons but the most probable is you have simply forgotten your password, are trying the wrong one or are entering it incorrectly. Some other things to think about include: • Does your username or password contain a mixture of upper
and lower case letters? It should be entered exactly. • Are cookies enabled on your browser?
What can I do if I forgot my password or username?

From log in page, click on Forgotten your username or password?. Add your email address, in case you forgot your username and password. Or add your username, in case you forgot your password. Then, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions to
retreived your password or username. If this attempt doesn't work, please send us an email at campus@gotransparent.com
How do I jump between my courses?
The courses you are enrolled in appears in your Dashboard, or find the courses from the homepage.
How can I stop all of the e-mails sent by Transparent Campus?
E-mails are an essential part of the way Transparent Campus works. They are used to keep you up to date with what is going on. If you wish to reduce the amount of emails you get you could: • Edit your profile and change your e-mail settings to digest
• Unsubscribe from non-essential forums (although they are there for a reason!)
How can I upload my assignment?
In the assignment block, click on Add Submission button. Add the file and click on submit.
